Cookie entrepreneurs sell out at Cloche d'Or

Three St George's students showed off their entrepreneurial skills – and passion for cookies – at Cloche d'Or Shopping Centre on Saturday, 11th May, as part of a year-long project supported by Jonk Entrepreneuren.

Using a €50 grant to purchase initial supplies, Evie B, Julia M and Federica M sold homemade cookies at their stand. Their journey involved meticulous planning, crafting an extensive business plan and carefully managing their startup capital. The students had an extremely successful day and not only broken even, but also turned a profit.
