Year 3 show a reflection of school values

25 February 2026

Year 3 students dazzled with their brilliant production of The Adventures of Superstan, a show reflecting our school values of respect, kindness, courage and wisdom.

The students demonstrated remarkable dedication during rehearsals, learning their lines with care, perfecting their singing and dancing, and bringing each character to life with enthusiasm and confidence.

They showed respect by listening carefully to their teachers and each other, taking turns on stage and valuing every role, whether performing or supporting behind the scenes.

Their kindness was evident as they encouraged classmates who felt nervous, helped each other remember cues and celebrated one another’s successes.

They showed integrity through consistent effort: practising at home, staying focused during long rehearsals and always doing their best, even when the work was challenging.

Many displayed great courage, stepping out of their comfort zones to sing solos, master choreography, or perform in front of the whole school during the dress rehearsal and later in front of families.

Finally, they demonstrated wisdom by making thoughtful performance choices, projecting their voices clearly, timing entrances accurately and using feedback to improve each day.

Their commitment resulted in two polished and joyful performances that filled us all with pride. Thank you to the wonderful families for supporting the children with practice at home and providing such fantastic costumes. Your help made the production a triumph.
