Getting Settled

Who: People who are new to Luxembourg or anyone looking to settle in more fully and learn more about what it has to offer.

What: An event that brings the services and information that newcomers need under one roof. We will have exhibitors as well as workshops, talks and Q&A sessions​

When: Saturday, 14 March 2026​ at 11:00-16:00

Where: St George's International School, Elsy Jacobs building – sports hall for exhibitors and classrooms for workshops and talks​​

Why: Luxembourg can be a confusing place for newcomers and many learn lessons the hard way in their first few years of being here. This event will help to remove the confusion by providing the information people need to start their new lives here in the smoothest way possible.

By joining us as an exhibitor, your organisation will be able to:

• Connect with a highly engaged audience actively seeking support, information and local contacts

• Present your services face-to-face, building trust and recognition from the very start of newcomers’ journeys

• Establish long-term relationships with residents making key decisions about which providers to rely on
