Under 15 girls invited to play exhibition match

St George's Under 15 girls rugby team took to the field at Stadt Josy Barthel on Saturday, 2 March 2025, providing great preparation ahead of their trip to Rosslyn Park and earning themselves the right to play at half time during an international match next month. 

St George's charged into battle against Rugby Club Luxembourg, Walferdange and another school from Thionville. The girls conducted themselves amazingly and were the talk of the town with their match performance. First timers Mia and Yael were outstanding alongside teammates Penelope N, Emma M, Enayah C, Lika Y, Safirah VD, Sophie G and Valentine P.

Following on from their success, the team has been invited to play during half time at the Luxembourg v Poland match at the National Stadium on 5 April.
