  • Secondary News

St George’s Secondary students Ido S and Leonardo M have won the Special Jury Award for their project AllergyScan at the European Union Contest for Young Scientists (EUCYS) in Katowice, Poland.

EUCYS brought together 150 brilliant young scientists from nearly 40 countries. Ido and Leonardo stood out with their innovative app AllergyScan, which collects and delivers allergen data from food packaging via a simple QR code scan.

We can’t wait to see where this incredible achievement takes Ido and Leonardo next.
