At the beginning of each academic year, it is a long-standing tradition for the Board of Governors at St George’s to extend an invitation to all members of staff for a celebratory cocktail evening.

This year the occasion took place in Namur, it was an excellent opportunity for the governors to acquaint themselves with both new and longstanding members of staff, while also providing a chance for staff to form stronger friendships.

The board of governors consists of 14 members, these members are; Mr Stefan Ziegenhagen, Chairman, Mr Christophe Jacamon, Vice-Chair,  Ms Diane Ries, Vice-Chair, Ms Mia Aouadi, Ms Natalie Barrett, Ms Patrizia Luchetta, Mrs Hayley Montague, Ms Luciana Restivo, Mr Matthew Savage, Mr Patrick Schon, Mr Paul Schonenberg, Mr Yuval Somekh, Mr Kevin Wilson and Dr Gudrun Ziegler.

St George’s staff are very appreciative of the Board of Governors for all the hard work they put into the school, it is their role is to ensure the school upholds its aims and objectives, sets its strategic direction, and provides sufficient resources and financing for effective operation.
