On Thursday 19^th December, St George’s International School’s Year 12 BTEC students performed alongside members of the Orchestra de Chambre du Luxembourg (OCL) in their production of Prokofiev’s Peter & The Wolf. Peter & The Wolf is based upon a story that is often narrated throughout the show with each character represented by an instrument, in this instance, a wind quintet. Our cast of young actors brought Peter, his grandfather, the wolf, the bird, the duck, the cat and the hunters to life through music. Individual instruments played the key characters as one of our cast members narrated the tale of brave young Peter’s encounter with the hungry wolf.

Well done to all the students and staff involved it was a fantastic show!
