College representative visits art students

11 November 2014

A representative from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) visited St George's on Tuesday, speaking about undergraduate options for students.

With campuses in Savannah and Atlanta (USA), Hong Kong and Lacoste (France), 23% of the college's student body is comprised of international students. The school offers 41 different degree programmes, including Advertising, Graphic Design, Interactive Design and Game Development, and Sequential Art. Masters programmes are available in Interior Design, Jewelery, Visual Effects, and Sculpture, amongst many others.

With an A-Level programme offered in Art and the level of talent demonstrated in exams, St George's students make excellent candidates for colleges such as SCAD. The School welcomes visitors from educational institutions in order to help students make important decisions about life after St George's.

Students will have another opportunity to learn about universities at the LuxExpo fair this Thursday, 13th November.
