On Wednesday 12^th December, the Year 10 business studies students were lucky enough to be visited by a guest speaker Diamany Ngandu, a parent of the school and an entrepreneur.

Diamany spoke about her personal journey from designing and creating bags inspired by African fabrics for her own use to setting up an on-line business, BE BOLD BY DIAMANY.

The students learned about a variety of topics, such as creating a website, marketing, sourcing raw materials and the issues facing a growing business. Diamany also brought in a sample of her best-selling products and prototypes from her new range. Thank you to Diamany for taking the time to talk to the students and passing on invaluable insight on being an entrepreneur.
