St George's Year 10 and Year 13 BTEC students were put through their paces by LUNEX University, Luxembourg, on Wednesday, 10 September 2025. LUNEX is an applied sciences university that specialises in programmes in sports, health, and management.

The students participated in an NFL-style scouting combine, Multi Stage Fitness Test, 30-metre sprint, Illinois agility test and counter movement jump. The LUNEX staff created a high-performance environment through protocols and testing procedures. The focus of the testing was to highlight students' areas of strengths and areas to develop. Through tailored training programmes we hope to see an increase in physical performance after the Christmas break when we retest.
