Application fee

A fee of €750 per child is payable when the application form is submitted

Deposit (refundable)

An amount of €1000 will be added to the first invoice for each new student. This amount is payable once only and will be refunded after the students has left the school and all outstanding charges have been paid.

The application form submitted when joining the school contains an important contractual condition concerning the notice of leaving:

I/We undertake to give, in writing to the Finance and Administration Manager, notice of withdrawal of my/our child and accept, in default of such notice, to pay one third of the applicable annual tuition fees in lieu of notice.
 
30 September for withdrawal at the end of the Autumn term (September-December)
30 January for withdrawal at the end of the Spring term (January-Easter)
30 April for withdrawal at the end of the Summer term (Easter-June)

In the exceptional case that your child is leaving in the middle of a term, please note the requested notice is a full three months and the due dates for existing bills may be amended.
 
Where applicable, you should inform your employer(s) of this clause.

The deposit will be refunded in the form of a deduction in the final Extras bill, provided that all other fees and charges have been paid, and that correct notice of withdrawal has been received by the Finance and Administration Manager.
