Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
All employees require security clearance, which may take the form of an extract of Luxembourg “casier judiciaire” and/or an International Child Protection Certificate (ICPC). We also seek confidential references including one from the last employer. St George's is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All applicants will be required to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post. This will include checks with past employers and criminal records checks from countries lived, studied or worked in. All applicants are required to attend face-to-face interviews with senior managers from the school. Applicants will never be asked to forward payments as part of the recruitment process.
