Parents of all students at St George’s are invited to attend a series of ‘Focus On…’ coffee mornings. These will provide an opportunity to meet with the Heads of Faculty of our core subjects so you are able to learn more about these important areas of the curriculum. Over coffee, the Head of Faculty will explain the curriculum at Key Stage 3, iGCSE, and A level and allow you to experience some of the teaching methods used, for example interactive online learning in maths or a practical experiment in science. You will also be able to ask questions and speak informally with both the Head of Faculty and Mr Cooper. Parents of Year 6 students who will be starting secondary in September, and parents of students who will be beginning iGCSE and A level courses, are especially welcome.

The ‘Focus On’ coffee mornings will take place on the following dates:

‘Focus On… Science’ - Wednesday 18^th March 8.30-9.30am POSTPONED

‘Focus On… English’ - Wednesday 13^th May 8.30-9.30am

‘Focus On… Maths’ - Wednesday 10^th June 8.30-9.30am
