Successful quiz night for the Relais Pour La Vie

On Friday evening a very successful Quiz Night was held in the Barthel Hall in aid of the Fondation Cancer’s Relais pour la Vie.

There was a great ambiance with fun being had by all.  The tombola was a big hit with lots of happy winners.

The quiz involved very different rounds including a Kahoot which challenged both knowledge and technical abilities!  The final result was a win for the Jacob’s Crackers team which included Mrs. Radcliffe and Mrs. Pearce.  Team Krox came second and also included St. George’s staff, namely Mr. Brogdon and Mrs. de Baynast.  Third were last year’s winners Mike’s Minions.

A huge thank you to all who supported this event and who made it such a fun evening.

St. George’s will once again have a team participating in the Relais pour la Vie.  All profits from last night will be donated to the Relais event.  By the next newsletter we should be able to share with you how much the quiz raised to support this cause.
