Students sew pyjama bottoms

Students in the Years 6-8 Garment Making Club have been making their own pairs of custom-fitted pyjama bottoms. 

The students have learnt to pattern draft, sew, fit, use a sewing machine, troubleshoot common sewing machine issues and make elasticated waistbands. They are now relishing in the ‘I made this myself’ feeling.

Next the students will make a matching shirt.
