Darkness into Light Luxembourg 2021

On Saturday 8th May, 30 members of St George's staff (plus friends and family) took part in Darkness into Light Luxembourg. Darkness into Light is a global movement, held in over 150 venues in Ireland and around the world, bringing together more than 200,000 people across five continents to help destigmatise suicide and allow people to talk more openly about mental health issues. Due to Covid-19, things were different this year as we could not walk together, but we still walked in solidarity, not only to raise awareness of mental health issues, but to raise money for three local organisations and to remember that there is always HOPE.
