Almost €4,000 raised for cancer

The St George's community has raised €3,910 through this year's Relais pour la Vie, which supports people with cancer and their families. 

A small coin collection raised €201.29, while money raised by a quiz night and cake sale, plus generous donations, came to €3,595 on St George's Relais pour la Vie team page.

Thank you to those who participated in the event last weekend by walking, running, cycling, etc. in the chilly and unpredictable weather. 

St George’s has participated since the start of the Relais in 2006 and this is our best fundraising result yet.
