St George’s is a caring international school that provides an outstanding education for girls and boys aged 2 years 9 months to 18. We pride ourselves on enabling each pupil to achieve their full potential.
Our philosophy
• promotes academic excellence
• encourages individual development
• celebrates cultural diversity
• provides a challenging yet caring environment
At St George’s we encourage each child to achieve and develop self-confidence in an atmosphere that is positive, enjoyable and industrious. Tolerance, respect and appreciation of other people’s points of view are a major part of the ethos of the School. All teaching at St George’s is delivered in English by fluent speakers.
Our curriculum is based on that of England and Wales but enriched to encompass our diverse international student body and to celebrate our location in the centre of Europe.
Our teaching staff are recruited from many areas of the globe, many have extensive experience teaching in international schools. All are highly qualified in their own fields of expertise.
The School provides an international education in a multi-lingual environment, equipping our students with the tools and confidence they will need to thrive in an ever changing world.
We are situated 10 minutes from the centre of beautiful, historic Luxembourg City on a spacious campus, easily accessible by public transport and all major transport connections.
We hope that the content of this website will have answered many of your questions but we would welcome the opportunity to meet you in person and share with you our enthusiasm for learning.
Our philosophy is encapsulated in our school logo: “Achieving potential through challenge and care”.
